First of all, the common glass-laminated glass, also known as laminated glass, is mostly used for decoration of buildings, and it is safer than ordinary glass. We can know the role played by the air compressor from the operation of the autoclave.
Let's take a look at the operation method of the laminated glass autoclave:
1. Turn on the power switch, set the heating temperature to 132°C, the preheat temperature to 55°C, and the exhaust temperature to 55°C, set the holding time to 30-60 minutes, and check whether the exhaust valve is open.
2. Start the swing closing door, swing to the travel switch, start the rotary closing door, and turn it to the travel switch.
3. Close the handle switch beside the gate to start the autoclave. Open the small intake valve, open the small water pump, open the air compressor, and open the intake valve.
4. When the air pressure reaches the set value ±12MPA, close the air compressor and close the main intake valve. When the temperature reaches 132°C, after heat preservation and pressure keeping, the cooling water pump is turned on to reduce the temperature in the autoclave to 55°C, the autoclave is stopped, the exhaust valve is automatically opened to exhaust, and the cooling water pump is turned off.
5. When the pressure in the kettle is exhausted, and there is no pressure display in the operation cabinet, turn on the handle switch, swing the door, and rotate the door.
In the third and fourth steps, the obvious step is the opening and closing of the air compressor, that is because the reaction kettle needs to be provided with pressure by the air compressor, pressure test, adjustment, and glass pressing in the reaction kettle.
